Ten Cats by Graham Harrop for April 19, 2015

Moose made a real turnaround today. He’s almost back to his usual cat self. He’s no longer lethargic and sleeping like he’s been medicated. His litter box use is back to normal. He ran to greet Susan at the door when she brought little Edie back from PetCo.

He even played with Scooter. Last night I wiped down Moose with this spray I use on kittens when they come from the shelter. It gets rid of that terrible smell and makes them all clean and fluffy. Scooter has been avoiding Moose because he had the vet/medical smell on him. By the way, I don’t know why he insists on sleeping in the little bed. I have a nice, soft big one on the recliner for him.

Thank you to all Ten Cats fans for your kind replies and comments following Tumble’s passing on Friday. It’s been on the cards for a few weeks now, but the decision was easy in the end, she looked ready to go. I’ve been in this position nearly 20 times in the last 19 years, it doesn’t get any easier, but the pain you feel when they go is a measure of what they meant to you when they were alive. Thanks again one and all, it is very much appreciated..Great to see the photos of Moose looking bright today QofA :-)

@Queen of AmericaHappy to see Moose home, feeling better and back in charge of his kingdom. He has a responsibility to welcome and train the fosters and he can’t be falling down on the job. He is a handsome boy though. More healing for him ad good thoughts for you both.

Oh my, but ‘the boys’ do look adorable with their little bandaged heads. Of course HRH Chesney’s bandage had to have that extra something. Annie is SO THOUGHTFUL.
