15 murders a day in the U.S., just with guns, and that climate of violence only focuses on the cop who screws up? How about covering all the gan-bangers and others that shoot people? The Scott shooting by all evidence, even that he had a warrant out, doesn’t justify the shooting in this case, but how about days, or months, of coverage on all channels the next time some punk kills a kid watcing TV, or eating ice cream, in the midst of a “drive-by”?
Just to note again, the cop in S.C. has been charged with murder, which is totally correct from what’s shown on the video. But it is true that if Scott hadn’t run and given the cop the opportunity to “go stupid”, he’d be alive.
