My “dumb” phone has a camera! Police should be aware of the law, not just the nearest camera, but so should BAD GUYS ! Oh, right, bad guys, like wearing masks and disquises, are VERY aware of cameras.
I find it interesting in the British “cop shows” how prevalent the use of CCTV is in the U.K.. Big brother isn’t just the state any more though, just check out YouTube.
