First, I don’t know who Rico is.

Second, the only “dog” I need in the fight is to be a citizen of these United States. The same United States being divided by the vitriolic and inane garbage that substitutes for political dialog these days, and most, though not all of it, is coming from the right.

I have disagreed with many politicians in my lifetime, but I never created an avatar with the mark of the beast on their forehead. That childish act is all it takes for me to see that you are part of the problem, not the solution. Disagreeing with you and Rush Limbaugh does not make someone the anti-Christ.

Now I see, you meant “riko”, with a “k”. I can’t vouch for the guy on the basis of three posts, but he seems intelligent and reasonable so far. This may not be to the point of your prior conversation, but I know that science has found that most people begin with a certain “base” intelligence level, which generally changes little over a lifetime.

And you ignore the fact that there are many things contributing to our deficit, e.g., the two unpaid wars started by Bush, the Republican policy of deficit spending rather than raising taxes and lowering taxes at the same time, a large Pentagon budget, the bailout of the financial services industry due to the collapse brought on by a lack of regulation of derivatives (thanks to Phil Gramm), as well as Democratic initiatives. But ANandy never, never, never mentions anything but his idée fixe of evil Obama.
