Hola Locos!Spring is in full swing. The birds are singing and we are preparing for a major kitchen remodel. I sense the appearance of the usual demolition crew.
I thought you all would jump at the chance to go Loco!. We are removimg the wall between our kitchen and dining room. Just remember it is a load bearing wall.
cleo, Sounds like we could drive a dump truck in there, take out the wall and exit through the front door. It should be quick and easy don’t you think? Barring any unforeseen circumstances of course. You do have Homeowner/s Insurance, don’t you?
