Next will be a law requiring that women cover their bodies from head to toe so men won’t have (so many) lustful thoughts. These jerks are really the Taliban in its early days.
The great experiment in self-government, in democracy, so cherished by Abraham Lincoln, is coming apart. Our elected officials are too busy filling campaign coffers and carrying out instructions from their sponsors, we don’t have anyone watching the store anymore.
Gays today, polyester bowling shirts tomorrow, and don’t even think about bacon or dozens of other of your favorite foods, recreation, or forms of procreation (or is that still recreation?), “banned in the bible” would apply to Jewish, Christian, OR Muslim laws under the theocracy that all “Bible religions” seek to make dominant in all elements of life.
Exactly when did the gays hijack the rainbow, a symbol from God as a promise in the Bible that there would never be a world wide flood again? It has meaning to Christians? When did Gays take it as theirs? It’s like they took it as a slap in our faces.
You are so-o-o-o-o right! -The left demands we support and adhere to all their ‘requirements’, but they scream and holler when we put up some of our requirements they act as if we had just murdered the Pope. -Oh, wait. The left hates the Pope anyway. That is a bad example. -I would like these lefties to actually READ the bill and find out where the discrimination is outlined. It is not there!!!
As I’ve said elsewhere, look at what RudePundit has to say on this issue. They are not the same laws. I’ll leave it to RudePundit to oratorically slap some sense into you.
Seriously with that rainbow? Businesses have had a sign in the window with ‘We reserve the right…’ for years. My bank has a sign prohibiting sunglasses and hoodies – should I protest? Should I go to a Jewish grocery store and demand that they supply pork chops? Please, tell me what to do! I have no will of my own -
We live in a Jewish part of town, and a lot of the butcher shops are kosher, but certainly their customers are whoever wants to buy good meat. You can’t get pork or shrimp, but anyone can walk in and buy what they have for sale.
