So is he the exact opposite of his dad by not being a Communist who’ll kill to defend Cuba, or is he just the same by opportunistically jumping on whatever bandwagon that offers him a chance to embrace the worst parts of his nature?

Rafael Cruz’ candidacy is going nowhere. The very best he can hope for is that Bush will select him for VP in order to appease the rabid part of the Republican/Fox “news” viewers base.-You’ll notice that even the so-called “conservatives” on these boards have not advocated for him except in the context of Hatred Of Obama. -It’s likely that he’ll have the Rafael version of SARAHPAC and quietly convert those contributions to income. When the race is over for him, he’ll still be a Senator, his wife will return to GS and he’ll be able to relate all the horrific things that happened to his family when they were on Obamacare.
