The way I heard it was:It’s ok if you talk to yourself. That doesn’t mean you are insane.It’s also ok if you answer yourself back. That doesn’t mean that you are insane either.You only need to worry about your sanity if you talk to yourself, answer yourself back and then ask, “Could you repeat that please?”
