Yep, that’s the way it is around here. Our driveway turned white again.
Robins are here all year round – but then we get the original Robin
Yesterday’s (3/20/15) Non Sequitur was especially graphic – Robin vs. snowthrower.
We almost always get an early Robin who then proceeds to stand in the snow – feathers puffed up and looking disgusted.
That’s the robin that decided not to fly South last year.
I’ll bet that robin could use a little global warming …
I don’t know about robins, but the Canadian geese have definitely returned to Michigan; I heard them before I saw them. And they were flying north.
In the UK we get robins in the winter. They came south to be here. Come the spring they’ve headed back to north Scandinavia. Tough little critters they are.
