I have no idea what happened. There was insufficient evidence one way or the other. I’ll admit, the video of Brown in the convenience store did illustrate thuggish behavior. It wasn’t the cause of the killing, but it showed Brown wasn’t an angel. But regardless, think about how the Ferguson PD has been treating the black folks day in and day out. The cops should be on their guard. They have been systematically abusing their power with the explicit support of the local pols. There’s a lot of pent up frustration with being treated this way and getting the cop stink eye 24-7. Eliminate police unions, establish citizen review boards, take away their military equipment, end debtors’ prisons for jaywalking, and cap the amount of a municipal budget that can come from enforcement of minor laws. The numbers don’t lie.

Just because you’re not indicted does not mean you’re innocent.
