Every time the Israelis vote for this A-ole, they get war, which is apparently what they are really voting for. No wonder the Repugs like him. Their solution to every problem is to a) send troops there, as if we had an inexhaustible supply, and b) cut taxes to “pay for it.” Easy to be in favor of war when it isn’t your kids going to die in it.

Despite Bibi’s ego, the Likud is not Israel and Israel is not Judaism.

I take it that “Phaedra” and “Nene” are characters on that show? One named for an ancient Greek drama queen and the other for a Hawaiian goose?

“On the aside though, if say Mexico, or Canada, or Venezuela, attacked OUR country, wouldn’t YOU want to go to war? So, since every one of the wars you are speaking about were instigated by enemy attacks on Israel, why would you deny that country that which you would not deny ours?”The problem is that the Israeli’s started attacking the Palestinian Arabs the moment Israel declared itself an independent nation. They started by attacking the preexisting Arab settlements that found themselves inside Israel’s borders thanks to the 1947 UN partition plan. After they expelled the Arabs from within their new boarders, they set about taking the land belonging to Palestine.Of course the Arabs are attacking Israel. Israel has been attacking the Arabs ever since there was an Israel. If the US kept attacking Canada and Canada retaliated, does that mean the US can go around to other countries and claim they are justified in attacking Canada?

Comicsfan222: the FACT that Netanyahu has NOT been elected by the people is a valid point, which brings up the poinnt that most Americans’ understanding of the Middle East, including Israel, is less than their interest in such shows as “Real Housewives”, “Survivor” (do unto others before they can do it to you), or “the Bachelor”. LIkewise Bibi does NOT represent all Israelis (like all those who want to stop the settlement movement, and actually want peace with the Arabs in their midst, and other countries), nor all Jews around the world. (who are NOT in the radical bunch Bibi caters to, like Adelson)

Bibi also likes the fact we fight his fights for him, and provide him with defenses like “Iron Dome” so he can feel free to attack schools in Gaza, which are UN sanctuaries for his previous victims.

Bibi is simply Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Wolfowits wrapped in a single package, which is why I don’t like, or trust, him even a smidge.

that is really dumb. I resent,as a democrat, that you would say that. I don’t watch soap operas and have no idea who Phadra and Nene are.I don’t care about TV “stars” and think that the lifestyles of the rich and famous are people not in touch with real life. Celebreties and sports stars are overpaid eye candy and such.
