Washington and The Pentagon look at a poster for ISIS that reads "Disaffected Youth: ISIS wants you to live in the desert under strict Medieval-era Islamic law while ruthlessly beheading or immolating the innocent, defenseless people you run into. Washington: Is that their recruiting poster, or our counter-propaganda effort?

M-19, Bloods, Crips, thosands of gangs in the U.S., and ISIL is just the Arabic language equivalent. Amazing how gangs here DO “necklace” people, do mass shootings, stabbings,beheadings too, and get little or no press outside the community. Same economic and social pressures are at work with these various gang psychologies, actually.
The only cure is to head ‘em off at the pass and innoculate them against that path, and violence, not an easy vaccine to admnister, and it seems we’d rather just bomb overseas than work at home.
