    To make Utah-style fry sauce, blend ketchup and mayo together to a nice salmon pink color. Add a few drops of dill pickle brine (the secret ingredient) to the ketchup first, so the mayo won’t curdle.During the 2002 Winter Olympics they actually had a pin commemorating fry sauce.

    The cartoonist of this strip hails from Salt Lake. I’m sure he’s had Arctic Circle’s fry sauce on several occasions.
