Bad idea for hospital or more operating room has to beyond clean.

They don’t like the idea.

Just go back to giving the people strong drugs – they will see balloons, flying monkeys, dancing dinosaurs and pink elephants on parade.

No latex balloons in hospitals – too many people with allergies to latex.

I wonder that, too. Maybe poor choice of colour on the part of the colourists (perhaps the black areas should have been a darker shade of the surrounding colour).
