I thought we were WAY bankrupt when Obama took over. Maybe he’s afraid the Chinese will call in the Bush debt?

This is a farce right? This is supposed to be a parody of political cartoons right?

This is a mirror of how things have been done in America for the last 300 years. No one though to check the resumes of Dewey. Who is he? LOL

Obama bankrupts us?!? … take a long look in the mirror pall. You might want to consider the contribution of Bush II and his Republican Congressional cronies who inherited a budget surplus from Clinton and left Obama with the biggest budget deficit in the history of the US.

    Get your facts straight!

I’m new to the strip, but it seems to me it’s mocking the ridiculousness of people governed by fear and hate – the people who fear an invasion of Somali pirates and think Obama is not American. I’ll read back a few weeks to see what I’m missing…

for all of you who cry “Obama inherited this,” by his own admissions and estimates, he plans on spending more than every president in the last 100 years. With no way of paying for any of it.

There was no surplus when Clinton left office either. There was still a debt. Clinton used smoke and mirrors to eliminate the defecit. He did so by slashing the intelligence and military budgets.

This is not a defense of Bush’s spending, but you folks really need to quit laying blame on one person and one party and wake up to realize how both parties are raping this Nation.

By playing partisan politics, you feed into it and allow the raping to continue.

This is one of the best political leaning cartoons out there. It makes fun of gasp both sides. But I guess that’s not good enough for those on the extreme fringes.
