Stiffer laws and fines on corporations who do not comply with OSHA regulations (like losing tax exemptions and fines that are worth a quarter of their profits for each offense). We used to have the corporate death penalty. Why not bring it back?
senorbullwinkle, I couldn’t have said it better myself. I’d like to see how eager HQ would be about his views if he had to spend a few days each month grubbing in the ground for his share of the nation’s coal.
No point fining these pigs, they’ve paid millions in fines – just a drop in the bucket to them. Also manage to keep any other type of wage-earning industry out of the area so everyone who lives there has to work for “the man.”
