My free range hens will race past the chicken feed and cracked corn to go out to the garden to scratch and peck. There’s nothing that gets me laughing harder than seeing one of them with neck stretched out in front, beak wide open, wings flapping, running as hard as they can trying to catch a moth or grasshopper they’ve scared up out of the grass.That Chooky would be one seriously messed up hen.
