There is none tastier than a well-prepared and fresh lachano salata (Greek cabbage salad—shredded raw cabbage, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, maybe a bit of garlic, and salt and pepper to taste); try it, Broomie; you’ll like it!
I can’t stand Brussels sprouts!
Fresh brussel sprouts are wonderful. Canned are hideous.
Guess what happens about a hour later.
Brussels sprouts, peas, meatballs, and pearl onions will all roll off your tongue if you don’t chew with your mouth closed.
