the parents should have taken care of this problem with a well-directed smack to the kid’s butt, then furnishing transportation to the store where it happened, followed by an apology and reimbursement to the storekeeper

And a teeny weenie TASER if he gives you any lip.

It’s a good thing George Zimmerman didn’t catch him.

Hopefully, this asinine charge won’t “stick”.
