The other knife contained a dormant space-time inverter generator that was accidentally triggered by the twisting impact. The alternate universe that was temporarily brought into congruent focus was so tempting looking that the kids all trooped through to take a better look,.. However, since none of them were wearing the proper brane balancing gear, the resulting sudden dispersal of the inverter field blew out the wall of the trailer, and left the kids on the other side, wondering where the trailer went.

However, I would think that they are being held for ransom.Mama must know something important (something she can’t remember, like who the father’s are)Anyway, one would hope Garcia still has the knives, and the one stuck in the wall is a clue.Heroes to the Rescue ….or something like that.

Looks like a job for Mystery Incorporated. We got Fred and Daphne so far. Now we just need Shaggy and Scooby. Toss up for the Bear.

I agree with veteran….this is a comic not an epic sci-fi novel with bells, whistles and special effects thrown in for effect. It is just entertainment for a few seconds every day. Read it and enjoy or just go away.

My take on this comic (for what it’s worth, which is not much) It is FUNNY! Now you can have cute funny (awww) slapstick funny (pow, bam) or clever funny. This is BAD funny. So don’t take it seriously, just moan, groan, or Just. Laugh.

Genuine would be that which has some possibility of becoming real. The idea of dematerialization and reassembly of a thing for example….Star Trek transport. It is seen as possible to do but also beyond anything we have to ever see IF it could be done. Theoretically speakingRed Planet (new one) has what one could see as real science but is SciFi. The ship takes months to reach, has a robot who reboots as a weapon, space suits with re-breathers but limited on the filters lasting. That is what I think Bobarion was fussing about is this strip is not what Bobarion sees as even close to accurate science stuff. It is just to silly appearing. I always thought Alien was a really good genuine SciFi work. It had stuff you could believe one day could be real and has in been talked about as possible one day.Star Wars the same way….this stuff is believable that it could be done but there are mistakes admitted to in the making. Like Parsec…it is distance not speed which is how Hans described it. So if the Falcon did the Kessel run in 12 parsecs it took over 36 light years to do it. But you got the gist that he was talking about speed not distance. Didn’t matter I just went along and enjoyed the movie. So to me genuine SciFi which you can believe as possibly being real or in which they use theories and give them a movie reality.

Actually, Bobarian was useful, triggering some insightful discussion. Thank you, B, wherever you are.
