see, this is how folks grow up to politicians – - – start off bullying people for their lunch money, then advance to putting on a act to scam it away – - – soon, they’ll learn how to get laws passed so the Government will take it, and they’ll skim off a “processing and handling fee”

… and I always did think “Willarbee, Percival and Cross” sounded like the name of a law firm … you might note that the vast majority of Congress started out as lawyers …Coincidence? I don’t think so!
