Even as a great-grandson and a grandnephew of a few pharmacists, that is one ludicrous size of a pill.

They have to pack as much as possible into it. We tend to forget to take them.

I actually have more trouble with the tiny ones. Dulcolax for example.

I consume numerous types of Vits for their anti-oxidant propertys and to supplement my diet of low carb, minimum meat,no milk, etc. My joints are better.Less inflammation. Book-“The Perricone Prescription” gave me an insight into what my diet would consist of, food wise. :) Peace. Jus suis Charlie

I only use the regular vitamin supplements (up to 100% RDA). I am not a big fan of fruits & vegetables.

Yes, I do take a men’s multivitamin every day. It’s not a big deal and my doctor encourages it. Now, the pill in today’s comic certainly does look more like it should go in the other end; you know, the end opposite the mouth…

I’m headed south thank you very much. :-D.Well, I am quite certain “naked folk” might be frowned upon by some folks reading this strip! Not everyone, of course; but, some anyway…

I just add a vitamin D supplement. We don’t get enough sunlight at this time of the year, especially this far north.
