Anybody who thinks shipping 11 million people out of the country is a solution has got to be psychotic or smoking something. Clearly those who commit serious crimes should be deported. The rest should be given a path to citizenship. We are a nation of immigrants and I am sure many of our ancestors also entered the country in ways that were not entirely legal. I know several first generation immigrants from Europe and the stories they tell of their arrival in this country often portray how they gamed the system to get here. Congress should just fix the problem and move on. Unfortunately they don’t do very much these days for anyone.

If you actually want fewer illegals, prosecute those who employ them. -Be sure to let me know the next time Rush says that.

You ignored the second sentence, of course.-Let me know the next time Rush, the real leader of the Republican party, says it.

Or if you ever hear it on Fox “news”

Or even you hear it from a Republican elected official.

Heard of an event with “Crazy Joe” helping out a disabled vet when someone tried something illegal, so even he does have a postitive or two, but yes, when it comes to imimigrants and “illegals” he’s crazy as a bedbug. (And Arpaio is an Hungarian, or is it Huron, name?) JOe’s just like the majority of inheritors of the benefits of immigration, to scream lie crazy if anyone else seeks what they’ve obtained.

The Constitution guarantees illegal aliens can stay? Citation please.

In politics, and banking, or many other “conservative” venues, “illegal” just means you got caught.

“This story goes on to detail how businesses are very much upset, very worried about the crack down on illegal foreign workers and so forth. They might have to obey the law. ~ Rush Limbaugh”=Not exactly calling for prosecution of businesses.

Anyway, that’s from 2007. I thought all the illegals are here because Eric Holder (and Obama, of course) invited them here.

Do you mean to tell me that we had a problem with illegals when Bush was president? And that Bush didn’t do anything about it?

And Fredo Gonzalez didn’t… Oh wait. I forgot:It’s OKAY If A Republican Does It.

Fair enough. None in the last seven years?-Thanks for the offer, but I think I won’t subscribe. I’ll depend on these comments to supply the highlights.-Can’t wait for the next citation.

When Rush takes a position, no elected Republican official contradicts it. When Rush attacks a position an elected Republican official has taken, the official backs off.-No Republican that I know of, elected or otherwise, has advocated for prosecution of those who hire illegals.-Nor has Obama. And I wish he would, but that would be Bad For Business, of course. It’d sure be fun watching the Republican reaction.
