Accept for a couple of things that might need replacing or items that are a “Wow! Got to get that for ____!”- I tend to give food items. Or go in a theme… one year mom had upgrade the coffee machine. She bought a coffee machine. So that year I got them matching mugs, specialty coffee beans, grinder and an airtight container for what they ground.

Hubby and I don’t exchange gifts anymore. After 40 years of marriage and living in the same house, both retired, we don’t need a blessed thing.
