Watched the tape, the kids were being more mature than the staffer. Teens btw, it’s been said, don’t achieve full “mental maturity” in their brains ‘til around age 26, that staffer missed out, and the kids WERE being kids, age appropriate. What would have been said if they’d been on their phones texting while dad spoke, instead of just being bored with being put on display again?

And the cutoff age (too old) should be 24 + ((80 -24)/2) = 46 years old?
