I just discovered this comic and had to get caught up on it. I read all the comments for each day up to now. Here’s my take on things, for what it’s worth.

1) It’s a heck of a lot better than Oyster War or Agent Gates, both of which I tried and dropped. Much like Kid Beowulf, I’ll keep on with it a while longer.2) It’s nowhere as good as Endtown, which I regard as the best of all the modern strips.3) I noticed as I read the comments that there had been a problem with strips being repeated. This problem has been corrected.4) In spite of this, I still find the story hard to follow.5) Several comments have been made that all the characters look the same. I feel the same way. This is why I quit reading Gil Thorp. I never could tell the characters apart.6) For those who think the story is moving too slowly, I have two thoughts. First, it is a very intricate story with several subplots. Second, if you want to see what slow is, try reading the modern Alley Oop.

Wait for it……….O2 level should be dropping quickly once the Alcalde begins to flex threateningly.

There’s nothing better than the land of confusion. I also think there will low oxygen levels soon.

I noticed no one mentioned he has that package handcuffed to his arm. So the package goes and he goes with the package or till some ax swinging dude comes by swinging at the bear and cuts Alcalde’s hand off.

I was confused by the similarity among the male characters until I realized Alcaide has longchop sideburns.

She took the hose and nasal canual to his breather. Ha, ha.
