If that’s an Illegal Alien turkey that likes to commit crimes or even’s a terrorist, no problem, Barry saved you.

From Iran-Contra to Scooter, there were a number of White House “turkeys” who got either pardons, convictions reversed by right-wing judges, or were never charged, or impeached, too bad.

So-called ‘conservatives’ don’t hate Obama. No, no, they just hate his policies — like pardoning a turkey.

Here is another angle to give ammo to the liberals or at least to confuse them; with the all children starving in the world, Obama is playing with his food.

A vegetarian friend of mine eats turkey on Thanksgiving because, she says, a turkey is just a fast vegetable.

Isn’t the two-edged sword lovely. The gop can always pick the other side, no matter what President Obama does.

Some celebrate both. A friend of mine has an annual American Thanksgiving party, and we usually go, but I think we will skip it this year. The best thing, however, is that we get both Canadian and American Christmas.

And vice-versa. Dems pick other side more often.

I’m always late to the party ;-) Thanks for the kind words! I hope you all had a jolly Thanks giving.

Dankje wel, Ahab. Ube nosuku oluhle! ;-) In SA we have amended Dec’ 26th from Boxing Day to ‘Day of Goodwill’ and I suppose an equivalent to your Thanks-giving without any fanfare. Usually taken at leisure, perhaps a picnic (it’s summer ;-) ).There’s also a Dec’ 16th celebration now called ‘Day of Reconciliation. It supplants the Afrikaner’s Day of the Vow / Geloftedag & an ANC-specific anniversary. But seems to be a quiet day, too; a work in progress.
