The prosecutor is a Democrat. Now what libs…? Where’s your argument of racism NOW? Or was it MAYBE that the prosecutor HAD no choice because Wilson was JUSTIFIED in what ended up happening??? You don’t attack a cop and not expect consequences….
Sorry, but the real evidence (physcial evidence, not rumor mill) showed that Rodney King was a thug choking out a cop before he was taken down for a second time. Brown was a strongarm robber who assaulted the cop who contacted him. Trayvon Martin was murdered by a psychotic vigilante named Zimmerman, who continued to demonstrate his cowardice and violent streak, against women.
BTW; I’ve searched the various “news outlets” to hear their reporting, and have yet to hear any of them, from the sharp-tongued Sharpton, to Loony Limbaugh, who actually know the function of the grand jury system, or the courts.
BTW: Ferguson culture may indeed suck, but they aren’t alone.
As to this incident? I took down a guy who was beating on my partner with my partner’s Kel light. I did it with my Kel light, not a gun, and he was about the size of Brown, and I was 130 pounds. When I was booking him, he asked, “If I’d gotten up again, you’d have killed me, right?” I responded calmly, “yes”. He kinda’ squeaked out, “thought so”.
Training and experience DO matter, as does a history of exposure to violence and “fear inducing experiences”, like war and combat. Attitude also helps and is the result of training!
People with guns who suddenly exerience extreme threats for the first time, and it “hits the fan”, usually respond with those guns, poorly.
How about a recording device? So, the officer’s supervisors and anyone else with a legal interest can verify what happened. Some law enforcement agencies already do this. It is an incentive to follow procedures correctly and a means to verify who, if anyone was in the wrong. Even a sound recorder would have resolved this whole Ferguson thing right away.
Citizens on the Grand Jury decided there was not enough evidence to have a Court Trial to determine if a crime had been committed. Local citizens made the decision, not the prosecutor’s office or the police.
I favor officers carrying the cameras, because it would also show the type of “A” holes police deal with on a daily basis. It’s also important to record the sound and insults cops put up with, far better than the “chickenhawks” out there who want “bad guys” caught doing wrong, until they are the ones who screw up.

The prosecutor does not tell the GRAND JURY how to vote.
