The houses in the middle class neighborhood where I grew up are in the papers for a million dollars to three million. I remember when a custom-build one there was a major scandal – it cost $50,000 – for a house!
A house should cost no more than it would cost to build it. Sell it once, it’s second hand. Would an average car increase in value as fast as a house?
…Because his shell is his home and it’s not luxurious? BUT THEY ARE ALSO LIVING IN A HOUSE. Lame-o.
