Hmm, I just saw it as using nothing but drones, like “W”, controlled by the likes of Cheney, Rumsfeld, Ashcroft, and the MIC. As to Hagel, I like the guy basically, but it doesn’t mean he’s a good administrator, which IS the job of a Secretary of Defense, not the policy creator. That is supposed to be not just the CIC, but also the Congress and the CONGRESS’s responsibility to declare war, which hasn’t happened since 1941.
