It just doesn’t make sense in the real world. Obama has been begging for a year and a half for congress to act, but they’ve decided they cannot be caught governing. So he does what he can, all perfectly constitutional according to even conservative lawyers. But I guess if you don’t listen to Obama’s speech, you can make up whatever lies you want in the cartoon. But it’s neither clever, accurate, nor funny.
