Despite perceptions, “lame duck” is not an actual designation until afte Novemmber 2016 regarding Obama’s presidency. Granted, Boehner and McConnell have tried every effort to make him a “lame duch”, since January, 2009, that is NOT what the founding fathers intended in establishing a government with checks and balances, not merely obstructionism.

There are numerous definitions of “dork”. I prefer and use related to someone like “W”, a stupid OR inept person. “W” often proved to be both at various times, he socially did just fine in personal relationships with folks, so he doesn’t fit the “socialy awkward”, well most of the time, definition. I don’t use the anatomical vulgarity with him, or anyone else.
I had some problems with GHW, but he did some good things, like the Americans with Disabilities Act he promoted and signed. Invading Panama, was, well stupid, but Meese, North, and others, spent way too much time setting Noriega up in the drug business to let that one pass, I guess.
W wanted immigration reform, positive reform, but he couldn’t get his own people to support it. I don’t regard him as a totally immoral person, except with regard to Afghanistan and Iraq, where his ineptitude, and lack of actual courage, came to the surface.
