My work shop was adopted by a semi-feral female cat we named “Clawmark”. She’d leave bits and pieces of critters she’d caught on the doorstep. The guys running high energy experiments next door always ran a sweep to be sure she wasn’t hunting in their area before a shot. Someone finally took her home. Clawmark was a sweet kitty.
