    Same for you, Master…your “solution”, particularly without DNA evidence, would be a permanent crap-shoot – no reprieve, if the test later exonerates the “convicted” perp. Let’s kill ’em all, to get the ones that really did it. Shame !

    I get the impression from the toon that somehwere they’re charging the victims for rape kit processing? OR, they’re claiming kits are too costly? Always thought the kits were pretty SOP. Yes, they can prove both guilt, or innocence.

    In the case of guilt for violent crimes (rape is a crime of violence and power, not actualy “sex crime”). A can of lighter fluid and a match can end recidivism if the guy is guilty.

    I don’t support the death penalty for simple cases of rape without violence and further assault, or death of the victim, but I do support permanently making it impossible for the perpetrator to re-commit.

    The main problem with the death penalty, is that the more extreme the crime, the more likely that there will be a false conviction.
