Everyone on here is going to be so disappointed to learn after the Larks win the “championship”, that the playoffs do nothing more than move 16 schools to the tru(e) state-championship playdowns. So the Larks will be something like a regional champion. The playoffs are merely preliminary action.

Gil has already booked the Motel 7 in Central City for the title game and the “celebration” to occur afterwards. That’s where the Milf team stayed last time they made a big post season run.
