Returns are for items that are still new, but unwanted for one reason or another, very soon after purchase…. or items that were tried, but found defective.
It would never occur to me buy an appliance to try out for a few days, and return, used and unsaleable, if I decide I don’t need it.
Unless you entertain a lot, which they don’t seem to do, why does it matter if the appliances match or not? I buy for function not fashion since I’ve only entertained 1 person the whole 4 years I’ve lived here.

That would be because you’re still drinking a poor quality tea. The fanciest kettle in the world can’t improve on quality of leaf.

Me too. I don’t buy stuff to try it out. I buy what I want or need and once I buy it that’s final unless it has a defect.
