If it weren’t so sad it would be funny that the same people who are sure that religion, all religion, is something that people made up, a fantasy, yet refuse to accept that if the current religions weren’t available, people would just invent something else to use as an excuse for the evil things they want to do.
Indeed. Stalin, Lenin, Pol Pot come to mind… and Hitler and his buddies weren’t all that religious either. Religion is mostly just an excuse to control and loot.
