Further to yesterday’s discussion, the cheapest stations in Ottawa, Canada, are now charging $100.9 per litre, but Canadian prices don’t always end in .9 anymore. There were also prices here today of 101.1 and 103.6 for example.
That Linguini must have broken down while the owner was passing through. I doubt that Linguinis are a common site in Gasoline Alley. I won’t be hard on Slim. Linguini does sound like an Italian dish.
I wonder if that phone conversation might have been a tribute to the late Tom Magliozzi. And as for crossovers, maybe they could bring in the Stooge Pies from Plastic Baby Heads from Outer Space.
