Is it just me, or was this arc particularly unfunny?
It may be unfunny, but it does reflect a bit on the attitudes of charitable institutions. Try to make a donation of clothing, bedding or such after some disaster and they tell you to just send cash.

If he were a actual person, I would hope he would check the weather and use a tarp, but hey that wouldn’t make for an interesting story.
