Not necessarily a bad thing, even if Flo makes it sound that way. I think a lot of people may be intimidated by the idea of cooking because they’ve been led to believe that every meal needs to be expensive, time-consuming, and difficult in order to be not only delicious, but nourishing as well. And that simply isn’t true, as I’ve found out for myself these past few years.
