Oh, she was just tired of trying to think up a new costume to make for you, Herman.-lightenup, me too! I’d love to see older folks out having fun like that! If they’re willing to dress up, unlike a lot of teens, then I’m happy to give out candy. One of the last years I went out with my kids, I dressed up as a witch for the fun of it. Many homes insisted on giving me candy, even though I wasn’t “begging,” and a couple places even invited us (moms) in for a drink!

Aww, I’d totally give candy to a trick-or-treating 73 year old! Just no Laffy Taffy or Mary Janes… those would totally ruin the dentures.
