A friend is a Carmelite abbot (I’m Buddhist, basically) and he’s written several books. His narratives on humans, and human sexuality are both hilarious, and accurate. Whether ’bible religions" or even among those who do not believe in the God of Abraham, he has lessons for those willing to admit their humanity.
It’s interesting when an ecclasial hermit has so much to teach the ramblilng, rumbling, warring masses, unable to live with each other.
