    I fear my view is closer to that of Stan. The close to baseball season, an end to decent weather, long nights and short days – mostly a dread of the near-future.

    I’m with what’s-his-name! I have no time for fall or winter. Fall is nature’s warning to older folks to go somewhere warm, before the horrors of winter set in…
