I remember a job interview I had years ago. The photo on my resume was clean-shaven, but I had recently started growing a moustache. The guy interviewing me pulled out a pen and drew a moustache onto my photo, then added a pair of goofy glasses and a little goatee beard. Right away I knew it would be a fun place to work!
