Fox News regularly portrays the president as a man who has made some poor decisions and whose positions and statements deserve criticism. It may from time to time note similarities between the president’s agenda and the system of government known as socialism. In doing these things it accurately presents matters as they are. Your wild claims about its reporting are incorrect.-Second, conservatives and Republicans, whether in or out of uniform, do not want harm to come to the president. Most of them, like myself, do not dislike the guy on a personal level. But even if they did they would not want his death, and understand that the death of an American President of any party is a blow to our nation and our national security.
West’s only card is a joker, but, that fence around the White House is easily scaled, no need for a hole, and it’s because it’s the “peoples’ house” that it has not been converted to a walle fortress, even after Reagan was shot, a Cessna crashed into it, and other events. The workings in the basement are more of concern than some nut with a knife running around upstairs. Even with that, the protocols of Sercret Service are to protect life, the Presidents’, and our citizens. “Shoot first, ask questions later” is NOT a part of that protocol, and rightly so.
BTW: that CONTRACT SECURITY OFFICER, who got on the elevator was supposed to be screened by his bosses at that PRIVATE company, and as it was one of those “surprise visit” events, well, this can happen, but what would the Presidents’ detail have done IF the idiot had tried anything? Then there may indeed have been one dead contractor in the elevator.
Which, when Reagan was shot, the focus of the press was on the Secret Service agents that shoved him into the car and rescued him, and captured the shooter, and there was also the cop who was shot who got positive press, what’s different today?? Oh, right, “He who can do no right”, has followed “He who can not be blamed”, into the White House. So far as the “media”, yeah, so “liberal” indeed, is concerned.
