I’m guessing they don’t do much farming on Santa Cruz del Islote. By the way, 1200 people on 3 or 4 acres doesn’t begin to match the overcrowding at Andersonville Prison, a Confederate POW camp during the Civil War. It was about 16.5 acres, and held as many as 35,000 people at one time.

So you can get this coin at an Australian bank for $ 1 M, melt it down and sell the gold for $ 40 M? Booking a flight to Melbourne right now!

So I guess that coin must be some sort of publicity stunt. Maybe it isn’t even gold. Maybe it’s gold-plated iron. Who’s going to know?

Do they have guards standing by? I mean, like who’s gonna slip it into their pocket?

Is that an entire baseball field or just the infield?

IdiotsThose Aussie GOLD coins have a LEGAL tender value, but will cost you a premium price on the Spot value of GOLD.You can’t buy them for the Minted legal tender value. For example the Aussie Kangaroo Costs currently $5050 AUD but has a legal tender value of $200
