Not surprising with job mkt. as it is !
Sad, but true to a great degree ( no pun intended).
I feel for him; it took me 6-months after earning my MBA to get my first job. Then the job market turned and, like a lot of people, I was let go 2-years later.
Considering the track records of the new breed of MBA— Burger Shack was taking a risk hiring him.
