Re-commission the USS Wisconsin, or the New Jersey. Load her up with Tomahawk cruise missles. Send it to patrol the waters of the eastern Mediterranian (tell Israel to NOT bomb it!) . Then, let these Islamic sects battle it out as long as they contain themselves there. If we get firm intelligence where a group of leaders are, lob in a few cruise missiles. And, watch our airports very closely.
