    @Clark KentA commercial license is only required for commercial vehicles; Recreation Vehicles are considered personal not commercial. However to drive the larger vehicle safer it would be wise to study a commercial training book.

    Where I live (MA), an ordinary auto license is good for vehicles with gross weight less than 13 tons and designed to carry no more than 15 passengers. The RV size maxima are huge: 8.5 ft wide, 13.5 ft high, 45 ft. long.That vehicle is not close to any of those limits.
