Internal problems need to resolved internally but once it crosses the border it becomes an external problem. That is when the people responsible for the internal problem will complain of having been interfered with.

“W” was SO effective! He got bin Laden and Saddam, established democracy in Afghanistan and Iraq, without dropping single bomb on their infrastructure, and not one single person other than bin Laden and Saddam were killed! Yes, his plan was truly amazing!!!
Zippy, bin Laden did not plan the 9/11 attacks. It was conceived and planned by others (I forget the names) and brought to him for approval and FINANCING!
